We are full of great design ideas and have decades of remodeling experience, but we want the end result to be a fulfillment of what you want.
Here's a bit of history about us. Denny Conner has been renovating Seattle area homes since 1980, always with personalized attention to assure client satisfaction. The founding company name, Conner Construction, was changed in 1994 to Conner Remodeling reflecting the focus of residential remodeling. To better help clients shape their homes to fit their budgets as well as their dreams, we began designing more and more of the projects we built. By 2001, all projects had become design/build residential remodeling and Denny incorporated the business as Conner Remodeling and Design, Inc.
Offering both design and remodeling makes renovating your home not only more convenient, but more cost effective as well. We use a team approach with the project coordinator working as the team leader and client advocate from the beginning of design to completion of construction.
